恒温晶振OCXO选型和采购时应该注意的问题
1)不要一味追求高指标，因为高指标意味着成本大幅度增加，交货期加长
2)注意封装的可替代性，尽量不选用非标准封装
3)尽量不要压缩供应商的交货期限，有可能的情况下，尽量提供需求预测，要求厂家备货，至少做好晶体的备货、老化、筛选工作。
4)了解供应商情况的时候，应该着重考察供应商的晶体来源、工艺控制能力、通信行业客户情况，最好定期做现场考察。供应商没有批量出过货的产品，采购时应非常小心。
5)选择供应商时，尽量选择有较强技术支持能力的厂家。
6)如果可能的话，应允许供应商在研发阶段就参与到指标的确认工作中。

1) Do not blindly pursue high index, since a significant increase in the high index means that the cost and delivery time lengthened.
2) Note the fungibility of packaging, try not to choose a non-standard packaging.
3) Do not compress the supplier delivery time, where possible, try to provide demand forecasting,then require manufacturers stocking up, at least do a good job in stocking, aging and screening of crystal.
4) When learning a manufacture, we should focus on the crystal source, process control ability and communications customer information of manufacture, the best situation is regular site visits. If the manufacture have not been provided batches products, procurement should be very careful.
5) When choosing suppliers, try to choose a manufacture which have strong technical support capabilities.
6) If possible, the supplier should be allowed to participate in the development stage of indexes confirmation.
